By choosing “Store & Ship Later” at checkout, you can place multiple orders and we’ll keep everything safely stored in your box.
Your box will stay open for up to 3 months, giving you time to add more items as you go.
When you’re ready, simply select “Consolidate & Ship Now,” and we’ll calculate the final shipping fee and pack all your treasures together — saving you on multiple shipping fees and ensuring you never miss that limited-edition sticker, washi tape or stamp you’ve been dreaming of. ✨
The best part? You can shop freely, knowing your favourite finds are safely waiting just for you. 💕

1. What is Store & Ship Later?
Store & Ship Later allows you to reserve and store your purchases with Hope & Letters until you’re ready to ship them together.
It’s perfect if you love collecting stationery in smaller batches, want to secure limited releases before they sell out, and prefer to combine everything into one shipment later to save on shipping.

2. How It Works
• At checkout, select “Store & Ship Later” as your shipping option — this service is free.
• We’ll safely store your items and keep them aside for you.
• When you’re ready to receive your order, simply choose “Consolidate & Send” at checkout (or contact us directly).
• Once requested, please allow up to 2 working days for consolidation and packing before dispatch.

3. Storage Period
• Your stored items can be kept for up to 3 months (90 days) from the date of your first Store & Ship Later order.
• A friendly reminder will be sent before the 3-month period ends.
• Unpaid or unclaimed boxes after 4 months may be forfeited without refund.

4. Shipping & Consolidation
• Store & Ship Later is a free holding service for our loyal customers.
• When you select "Consolidate & Ship Now", a standard base fee of NZ$7 will be charged at checkout.
• Depending on the total weight, size, and packaging of your parcel, additional shipping fees may apply.
• If additional postage applies, we’ll contact you before dispatch.
• Once shipping payment is received, your order will be packed and shipped within 2 working days.
• Please note: Free shipping offers do not apply to Store & Ship Later orders. Free shipping is only available for individual orders that meet the NZ$80 threshold at the time of purchase.

6. Order & Promotion Policy
• All purchases are charged at the price at the time of ordering.
• Orders placed before a sale or promotion are not eligible for price adjustments, refunds, or exchanges.
• By choosing Store & Ship Later, you acknowledge that your payment reflects the price listed at checkout.

7. Changes & Cancellations
• Once your parcel has been consolidated for shipping, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• You may continue to add new orders to your existing storage by selecting “Store & Ship Later” again at checkout.
• Items cannot be swapped or combined between customer boxes.

• All stored items are carefully kept in a clean, safe environment.
• We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by courier services after dispatch.
