Our Story

Hi! Welcome to Hope and Letters. I’m Eunice, the creative spirit behind this space. Originally from Malaysia, I embarked on a new adventure in New Zealand in 2019. Embracing a new country and culture was a transformative experience that deepened my appreciation for self-expression.

With a lifelong passion for crafting beautiful things by hand, I found solace in calligraphy during this journey—a therapeutic outlet that allowed me to process emotions and cultivate calm. Alongside calligraphy, I discovered the joy of journaling, merging my love for writing and artistry, which brought me immense fulfillment and improves my overall mental wellbeing. However, I faced a challenge in finding the perfect supplies, particularly rubber stamps and stickers that resonated with my style and vision. This quest led to the creation of Hope and Letters—a curated space for those seeking aesthetic and uniqueness in their creative projects or just simply savoring the charm of beautiful stationery.

This collection is more than just stationery; it’s a celebration of the magic that thoughtful expressions can bring into our lives. Our mission in Hope and Letters is to inspire, uplift, and spark a sense of hope. From a beautifully crafted journal to a simple, heartfelt note or letters, we believe in the power of small, meaningful gestures to encourage and connect.

We carefully select stationery from various local artists across the globe such as Taiwan, Japan, Malaysia and Vietnam (more to come!), offering unique and timeless wooden rubber stamps, whimsical stickers, notebooks, and more —all designed to inspire your writing, journaling, scrapbooking, and creative endeavors.
