New Zealand Shipping:

  • Free Delivery: On all orders over $80 NZD.
  • Standard Delivery Rates:
    • Non-Rural: $6.00 NZD
    • Rural: $12.00 NZD

Processing Times:

  • Orders placed on weekdays are processed within 24 hours.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
  • Shipping times:
    • Non-Rural: 2–4 business days.
    • Rural: 3–5 business days.

Important Notes:

  • Customer with Rural address: Please select rural during checkout as we do not control the shipping rates.
  • Delivery estimates may be affected by high demand, peak seasons, or courier delays.

Risk of Loss or Damage:

  • Once your order has been dispatched, it is no longer within our control. For any inquiries or concerns, please reach out directly to the courier company.
  • We are not liable for loss or damage due to parcels being left unattended.
  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us at hello@hopeandletters.com with at least two clear photos of the damage.

Self Pick-Up Option:

  • Collection Point: Onehunga, Auckland.
  • We will text/email to arrange a time slot for collection.

Australia Shipping

  • Flat Rate: $21 NZD for parcels under 1.5kg.
  • Items >1.5kg or bulk orders: Contact us at hello@hopeandletters.com to confirm the shipping rates.

Processing Times:

  • Orders will be processed within 48 hours of normal business day.
  • Estimated delivery after dispatch: 2-5 business days.

International Shipping

Additional Information

  • International orders may incur customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Refunds for international orders in NZD will reflect the exchange rate at the time of the refund request. Currency fluctuations may result in differences.
